Advanced network cable testers can map and identify cables when remotes are plugged into the outlet ports. These accessories allow mapping and/or testing of numerous ports without constantly walking back and forth. Sets are available for simple mapping of data ports, mapping of coaxial outlets or mapping and testing of data ports. A Portsaver is also available to take the strain off your network tester by providing an RJ45 socket on a short lead. The RJ45 socket takes the impact of constant unplugging and prevents wear on your meter.
