Of course, all of our products carry a warranty and we are happy to refund or exchange any products that are faulty.
We are a family owned business and our team of warehouse staff ensure that your orders are always dealt with efficiently, right up until 3pm in the afternoon, sometimes later. If you call and we can fit your order in that afternoon, then we will do so. We can also arrange faster, guaranteed services if you need them such as next day by 9am or by noon.
