Rox™ garden speakers look more like real rocks than ordinary outdoor ‘rock’ speakers. Through a revolutionary design process, the speaker remains completely unseen behind a grille, which matches the Rox's surface and texture so closely, that the speaker is nearly impossible to see. The enclosure is built to withstand rain, snow, hot sun and even swimming pool acids.
The two-way co-axial woofers of the Rox series are made especially weatherproof, utilizing a nylon frame that stops the magnet from rusting. Their polypropylene cones with rubber spiders seal the tweeter post and keep water and moisture from entering the voice coil. Even the wires inside the speaker are encased in silicon rubber so they don't corrode.
The Rox 520, 620, 820 models accommodate 51/4", 61/2" or 8" bass units for very high quality sound. The Rox 600DT is a single stereo rock speaker that can play both left and right channels from one compact rock. Rox speakers are ideal for covering small areas or extending the coverage of the other SpeakerCraft models.
