Where items are held in stock, we aim to deliver within two working days - next day if you order before 12 noon.

If items are not in stock, the majority will be delivered within three working days. We only use reputable suppliers but sometimes their stock also runs low. In such instances, delivery may take up to seven days. If the delay may be longer than this, we will advise you and give you the option to cancel.

If the delivery time-scale is important to you, please contact us for an expected date of delivery.

Delivery is free for all orders over £250 including VAT.

For most orders less than £250, we charge £4.40 excluding VAT. Some items, such as cable reels, are very heavy and it may be necessary for us to charge extra for delivery on these items. If this is the case, you will be contacted and advised of the exact delivery charge prior to despatch.
